What is This Class?
Hatha Flow is a gentle, steady practice designed to help you connect deeply with your body and breath. We move through foundational postures with intention, holding shapes long enough to explore alignment and sensation.
This class is less about building heat and more about cultivating a sense of inner spaciousness. It offers a perfect balance between gentle movement and supported stillness, making it an ideal space to ground yourself before or after a busy day.
Who is it For?
This class is suited for everybody. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time, returning after a long break, or simply seeking a slower, more deliberate practice, you will find a welcoming space here.

How We Think
Slow Vinyasa
Arrive ten minutes early.
The room transition is part of the practice. Walk in slowly, take your mat, and let the room settle you before the class begins. Rushing in changes the quality of what follows.
Eat lightly beforehand.
Two to three hours without a full meal. The body does its best work in yin when the digestive system is not active. A light snack an hour before is fine.
Tell the teacher what hurts.
Not everything that is tight is safe to push. Your teacher will give you alternatives for any pose that doesn't suit you. Nothing in this class is mandatory
I teach yin for flexible
I teach it to make you honest — about what you're holding and how long you've been holding it.
